Twin Cities Trip

I was able to take a trip to the Cities with the girls last week. Todd had to work so it was a "Girls Only" outing. We had a lot of fun visiting friends and family. We went to Como Zoo, Underwater World, Build-a-Bear Workshop and Bunker Beach. Here are a few pictures from our trip. Enjoy!

4th of July

We hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! We celebrated by attending a picnic at a neighbor's farm and then headed to Plummer, MN where Jen's singing group had a performance. No fireworks this year - we didn't want to scare the cattle! The girls were pretty tired so they didn't miss much. Maybe we will head somewhere next year for a real fireworks display.

A Rare Moment

It isn't too often when our two oldest are showing the love instead of fighting with one another. They even asked if I would take a picture of them hugging each other! This was a very proud "mom" moment for me. Of course, love can be short lived. As I am typing, Rachel is laying on the couch with an ice pack on her check because her "loving sister" hit her with a beaded necklace. I guess I will have to treasure the rare, short-lived "loving" moments!

Father's Day

It is hard to believe that June has come and gone. We have been busy with swimming lessons, a church youth group trip to Valleyfair and day-to-day activities. Here is a picture of Todd and Sarah (aka "the Bear"), Jordan (aka "the Rascal") and Rachel (aka "the Nut") on Father's Day.
