Playing with his "new" toy.  Thank goodness for friends and family that are willing to lend fun toys!  Luke spent 30 min. the other night hitting the toys so they would move.

Here I go!  Hitting my spoons!

Misc. Pics

Sarah "guinea pig" sitting for our Pastor and his wife while they were out of town. Notice I said "Sarah" and not "me."
Luke and his best friend, Peyton hanging out. We had Peyton, her brothers and parents over for supper last week. The kids had a blast playing together while the adults visited. Too bad for us nursing mothers though - 5 bottles of wine in the house and neither of us could partake.
This is an outfit given to Luke by one of my students. Good thing the saying on it is totally untrue! He is a good sleeper at night - I can't complain.
Sarah and Jordan learned how to use a saw and helped Todd with some big branches.

Easter 2012

Sarah is all smiles.
Rachel & her pretty egg.

The Wieland house was busy again this past weekend celebrating Easter. We colored eggs in Thursday and spent Friday having fun with the Klipping cousins. On Sunday, we awoke early (I was up at 3:30 - thanks Luke!) and found our Easter baskets then headed off to church. Most of the Wieland side of the family came over to celebrate the holiday with us. We had a big ham dinner & visited for the rest of the afternoon.
Thanks Easter Bunny!
All ready for church in our Sunday best!

Luke's Baptism

We had a wonderful day celebrating Luke's baptism on April 1. Todd's cousin and her husband (Brenda & Al) were Luke's sponsers. It was so nice to have family and friends gather at the church to celebrate this milestone in Luke's christian life. After the service, everyone descended on "Wielandville" for a lasagna dinner. The weather was beautiful so many people hung out in the garage or outside. Needless to say, Luke (and his parents) were exhausted by the end of the day. Thanks to everyone for making the day so special.
